A Dream in Ħaġar Qim

Setting off on a journey of exploring the beautiful Maltese pre-history whilst relaxing to rhythmic music ... Here is our first lesson through which we were inspired from the temples of Ħaġar Qim.

The children had a go at painting on newspaper, experimenting where to cover or where not to cover text, to hint out the conflict of prehsistoric and modern touch. Coffee, sea salt and sugar were added to the paints to add stone texture inspired by Morisot.
