The Wonder of Colour

Can you imagine our world without colour...thought so! The kids keep on exploring colour- shades, colour wheels, mixing primary colours to produce secondary ones, experimenting with complimentary colours, monochrome.... it is truly endless! All you need is fun and the awe to keep on exploring!

A tribute to our BUDDING ARTISTS exhibition last September

In order to celebrate the hard work and fun we have had during the workshops last Summer, we threw an exhibition at CapoTavola Restaurant and Art Gallery on the Marsascala Promenade. The theme was portraits inspired by various artists, including Jawlensky and Warohl and different styles such as Egyptian art and street art style. Check it out!

Today we saw how mixing the complimentary colours together, and using different shades and tones of both colours equals into a harmonised painting, yet with a contrast!
